Rachel, from Beauty and the Bookshelf came up with
the idea of this blogging extravaganza.
It started on Wednesday March 9th and runs for the
next three weeks until March 30th.
There are three prompts a week,
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However is it definitely not required to do them all.
Each day's post will have a Linky, so we as blogger participating can all blog
hop and see what others have posted. If you wish to learn and have more
information, you can view all the details: HERE
For today's prompt I go the choice between "Do a Book Tag" or "If you Were a Fictional Character"
AFTER a very long decision process I went with the Book Tag option.
I chose the Hamilton Book Tag originally done over on maureenkeavy YouTube Channel. I ended up choosing 6 out out the possible 16 questions.
My answers are spoiley SO read at your own risk.
~Hamilton Book Tag~
**Disclaimer: I love the Air Awakens series was too much, and some of my answers may heavily weigh around that series. I answered all the questions with my first thought, and well Air Awakens always is a first thought..ENJOY**
1.
The Room Where It Happens: Book world you would put
yourself in
I think I would
put myself in the Splintered Series version of Wonderland created by A.G.
Howard. Everything about it is dark and enticing, not to mention completely nonsensical
that it ends up making prefect sense. It also has this sort of creepiness factor
to it.
2.
Helpless: A relationship you were pulling for from
the very start
Well my first
answer that popped into my head after reading that question would be Aldrik and
Vhalla from the Air Awakens series…My heart aches for them and their love life.
3.
My Shot: A character that goes after what they want
and doesn't let anything stop them
HMMM let’s see,
maybe TRIS from the Divergent trilogy...Except you know she sort of was shot
with a bullet. SOO does that count as being stopped?
4.
Stay Alive: A character you wish was still alive
LAREL FROM THE AIR AWAKENS SERIES. My heart legit snapped right in two, but I think what delivered the final blow was when Aldrik broke down. Darn
that was a rough thing to read.
5.
Burn: The most heartbreaking end to a relationship
you’ve ever read [warn for spoilers!]
In all honestly,
I have never experienced heartbreak from a relationship ending UNTIL Elise Kova
came into my reading life and through Earth’s End ending in my face. Now I wasn’t per-say the way it ended, it was that fight that took place. I was completely
and utterly broken after that. I don’t even know how I will handle the rest of
the series (With lots of tape to fix up the pieces of my heart that have broken
off from Elise Kova’s writing alone.)
6.
Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story: A
book/series you feel like will be remembered throughout history
Well in the most
unbiased opinion ever, I hope that the Air Awakens series gets remembered
through history as being one among a few to be one of the best YA Fantasy read
EVER. Seriously people from every
generation should check it out.
~Until next time!! ~LL

I love this extravaganza, don't you? I am impressed that she thought to give two different prompt choices for the posting days. The hopping thing is'nt working out as well as I had hoped it wiuld though. I commented on on about 40 of the self interview, strong women, and the give a kidney posts and I have had about five people comment back! Ouch. Ha ha.
It's quite awesome! I missed the first and second prompts but I hope to do the rest!!
